Imported goods are held in the warehouse for delivery or re-export. A warehouse receipt (aka: a material receipt) is issued when goods are received at this location and the goods are subject to the liability limitation stated below:
Jarvis International Freight, Inc. warehouse liability is agreed and understood to be $0.50 per pound. Customers may request an insurance quotation and coverage for goods having a valuation in excess of this stated limit of liability. Hazardous materials are only held short term for immediate export and will be returned to customer if goods will not or cannot be exported. Hazardous materials will not be stored in the Jarvis Customs Bonded Warehouse facility. |
